Ingredients
  • 250ml chestnut honey (or substitute your own favourite, but cut down on the sugar)
  • 400ml milk
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3tbsp cornflour
  • 1tbsp vanilla essence
